Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all reservations made through our official website and payment systems integrated with local banks.


1. General Conditions

  • Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for booking.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the time remaining before check-in.
  • All cancellations must be submitted through email or phone.

2. Refund Timeline

Cancellation more than 24 hours before check-in:

✔ 100% refund

Cancellation 12–24 hours before check-in:

✔ 50% refund

Cancellation less than 12 hours before check-in:

❌ No refund (100% charge applies)


3. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the reservation date:
→ 100% of the booking amount is charged; no refund is issued.


4. Date Changes / Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is possible depending on room availability.
  • If the new date is available, changes are free of charge.
  • If not available, the standard cancellation rules apply.

5. Early Departure

If the guest decides to shorten their stay after check-in:
No refund is provided for unused nights.


6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within:

  • 3–15 business days (local banks)
  • International card processing times may vary.
